Coconut!

My mother loves many things. Two of which are coconut and the color pink. So, for her birthday I decided to take a stab at dying coconut. Boy it was easy and turned out great!!

Mind you, my dad (who hates coconut) tried to steal a piece of this cake. He had a rude awakening when he realized it was coconut.
