Spongebob, take two!

I still cannot believe my little niece is three!

As many of you know, last year Cecelia decided she wanted a Spongebob cake. So, I made her one:

I should not have been surprised when she asked for yet another Bob cake this year! I originally planned to just go back to Karen Ann's and get the same pan like I did like year, but I finally decided to just go buy this pan instead:

Luckily, I learned my lesson last year and it didn't take two tries to make it this year. He came out smoothly the first time!

First you cover the sides with white icing and fill in the few spots on his face with a light yellow.

Next, fill in his eyes and teeth with white.

Then fill his eyes in with blue with black pupils.

I then outlined his eyes, arms, shirt, legs, etc. in black.

Outline parts of his shoes in white.

I skipped a few steps here, sorry. You fill in his tongue with red, mouth with black and body, arms and legs with yellow.

Fill in his shirt, sleeves and tips of his shoes in white.

Outline his cheeks and freckles with red, along with his chin. Fill in his tie with red. Socks in white, with blue and white stripes.

Pants in brown, shoes in black. :)

Now  do his eyelashes and belt in black Shoestrings are white.

Then fill in all excess space with white.

Then I did a chocolate border.

It was adorable!
