Sara's Bridal Shower

Sara's colors for her wedding are black, white and hot pink. More specifically, damask and hot pink. When it came time for her bridal shower, I volunteered to make the cupcakes (I'm a bridesmaid). I found these at the store and fell in love with them:

So I used a combination of those, my cricut, and fondant to make little toppers for all of the cupcakes:

Mind you, they were not smeared like that one. This was a tester that my puppy ended up licking... For the cupcakes themselves I made a variety of white, chocolate or strawberry with either white, pink or chocolate icing.

I did have a method to my topper when I put them on. Either you got a heart (strawberry cupcake), rose (white cupcake), or "S" (chocolate cupcake) so everyone knew exactly what they were picking out. Here's how they were set up at the shower:
