Cheesecake (?) in a cup

A few weeks ago, Dierberg's (where I work, if you didn't know) was doing a special where if you bought 12 of participating Kraft products you got $10 off of your Turkey.

However, leave it to employees to discover that you could just buy the 12 products and it would take $10 off of your purchase, whether you had a turkey or not. Well, I needed cream cheese and marshmallows anyways, so I got those and 8 boxes of pudding. Yes, 8. I needed two boxes for a Christmas present anyways (that post will come later after everyone has gotten that gift--Sorry, no spoilers!), so I figured I'd just get the other 6 just so I had the 12 products.

I eventually had this brilliant idea involving pudding, whipped cream, graham cracker crumbs and these cups:

Here's everything I ended up using, minus the chocolate pudding. Didn't need that.

First I made my pudding

Yummy, right? No, I know. Looks like a bowl of milk at the moment. Anyways... I poured some of the pudding (I keep starting to type Jell-O since the box says Jell-O. Gah) into each cup.

Next, I added a layer of graham cracker crumbs.

Added some more pudding.

I like that from the side, you see the graham crackers. That was the point though. Moving on... I then used a closed star tip to pipe a bit of whipped cream on top.

And finally, I added a bit of graham cracker crumbs to the top, just to make them look prettier. :)

Yes, it's pudding. It's a cheesecake flavored pudding.
